The Parent Partnership is a free and confidential service working with:   

• Parents and carers of children with special educational needs  
• Parents and carers whose children are either at risk of, or have been excluded from school
• Parents and carers who need to make choices about school placements for their children 
• Schools and pre-school services so that parents and carers are more involved  
• Voluntary organisations  
• Parents and self-help groups  
• The Local Authority (LA)  
• Social care
• Children's centres 
• Health services
