The Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF) has produced this document. The Children's Plan sets out our ambitions for improving children and young people's lives over the next decade and how we intend to achieve them. By 2020 we want England to be the best place in the world to grow up. Despite the progress we have made in the last ten years, achieving this will require new commitment over the long term and across all areas of Government policy.
